Knorr, Tinder and MullenLowe UK joined forces for Valentine’s Day to help singles #UnlockYourGreenFlag by encouraging them to add cooking to their Tinder profiles. The goal? Turn a shared love of food into a spark for connection.

Research shows cooking is a top green flag for Gen Z—it's seen as a sign of care, independence, and thoughtfulness. With most singles saying they’re more likely to swipe right on someone who can cook, the campaign aims to boost match potential through culinary appeal. To support this, Knorr is rolling out easy, flavorful recipes on Instagram and TikTok, helping users gain confidence in the kitchen and maybe even score a date along the way.
