MullenLowe and Aleve team up with Mary Bono and Mothers Against Prescription Drug Abuse (MAPDA) to launch 'The Painful Truth' campaign.

In the U.S., more than 51 million adults live with pain. Some of these people were given a chance to speak with an expert. It was a different kind of expert. An opioid expert… because this expert was once an opioid addict. Every day in the U.S., approximately 45 people die due to opioid prescription overdoses. Help us spread the painful truth about opioids so people can find alternative help. Truth hurts. Truth saves.
